  • Hot Desking

    With neao user’s can simply log into handsets where they want to sit. Unlike most competitors the system brings all of the features of their extension including busy lamp fields and speed dials to that phone as if it was their own permanent extension

  • Auto Attendant

    Callers can be routed using options e.g. 1 for sales. You can decide to use one of our professional voice artists to record your scripts or create and upload these yourself.

  • Audio/Video Conferencing

    From the neao portal you are able to create voice or video conferences by easily setting up a conference number and code for other attendees to dial into. With our intuitive video conferencing facility you can host or attend a meeting from your desktop

  • Call Recording

    Record inbound and outbound or all calls for all telephony users regardless of whether they are on an internal office handset, remote worker or using our APP on a mobile phone. Pause/Resume call recording can be enabled by simply entering a simple code on the handset during a call.

  • Mobile App

    Flexiblilty to work anywhere in the world using your office extension, the app has a user-friendly interface so you can easily make and receive phone calls, place calls on hold and transfer calls to another extension number. It’s very easy and automated for users on set up so no technical knowledge is required.

  • Remote Working

    Either using a fixed phone, softphone or mobile device you can work anywhere with neao. 

  • CRM Integration

    When looking to integrate your CRM solution or Outlook / Gmail contacts with you telephony solution, this feature provides click to dial along with data lookups. As you can see whos calling their details can be displayed on the screen, this can provide a significant productivity boost to your organisation.

    You can also upload marketing messages for when your customers are on hold which in turn cross sells your company’s products and services, again we can professionally record these or you can create your own.

  • Cloud Phonebook

    Share company contacts across all uses in a global directory, these can be searched from the handset. When a contact calls you their name will be displayed on the phone.

  • Cloud Analytics

    Viewing and analysing call activity is becoming ever more popular and with our portal you are able to access this information very easily, however if you require more in depth reporting we offer real-time stats with our CloudAnalytics service. All reports can be exported so you can drill down on the statistics you need to help manage your business, staffing levels required, missed calls, inbound calls and much more. All reports can be in a statistical format, pie chart, graph and these can be clicked on within the graphics to drill down on the information required.

  • Wallboards

    Watch detailed information live with one of our wallboards, these  display different activity data so you can see how your contact centre agents are performing.

  • Call History

    You have access to our easy to use web portal to view your call activity. You can define your search criteria by date, time, direction of the call, if the call was answered/ unanswered, search a particular extension that has made/ received calls plus many more settings are available. This information can also be exported to a csv file.

Wallboards
Neao wallboard's allow you to easily see how your contact centre is performing. From inbound and outbound call stats to average wait times numbers of calls in queue the information can be clearly displayed. If you would like to keep a closer eye on individuals then you can monitor per user statistics and if target based, they have the ability to score the call after it has been made to highlight an appointment is booked or a sale has been made
Internet Connectivity
Being a hosted platform there is a requirement for good internet connectivity. We provide a range of connectivity services from standard ADSL, FTTC broadband to Private Digital Subscriber Line Connectivity (PDSL) and Private Fibre to The Cabinet (PFTTC). Our ADSL broadband service is fully-managed with great speeds and unlimited bandwidth. Where available, FTTC is a perfect solution to provide Voice and Data connectivity using the same equipment.
Private DSL 
(Voice Only Services)

 In some areas or cases, there may be a requirement to deliver a PDSL and PFTTC service. This is a dedicated voice only broadband service and is the best broadband suited to carrying voice traffic for hosted telecoms solutions.
The circuit will aquire an IP address from our network so there's no public-facing IP, traffic doesn't transverse the public internet meaning it's more secure.
It also has the benefit of being able to provide for more concurrent calls with a higher quality compared to standard  internet connections.
